You are invited to the 6th Annual Walk for Women.

A 3 day event dedicated to the Breast Cancer Awareness & helping local residents fighting breast cancer.

Friday Oct. 2nd

The 6^th Annual Walk for Women kicks off with a banquet, live music and a Live Auction from 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm at Louie's Backyard on South Padre Island.  To purchase a ticket, to Donate for the auction, or for more information please contact us.

We will also have a registration booth for the "Sammy Carrasco Classic" Bay Fishing Tournament from 6:00-8:00 pm.

Saturday Oct. 3rd

The "Sammy Carrasco Classic" Bayfishing Tournament is an amateur tournament limited to 30 boats, men and women  anglers welcome. Determination of winners will be combined weight of  1 of each species (Redfish, Trout, Flounder) Fishing starts "on your honor" at 7:00AM. Weigh-in will be no later than 1:00 pm at the Wahoo's Saloon Dock followed by a complimentary BBQ and Awards ceremony. Additional information and rules  Download Registration Form

Sunday Oct. 4th

The 6^th Annual Walk for Women "A Day of Breast Cancer Awareness."  Registration starts at 8:00 am at the South Padre Island Convention Center. The 2.5 mile Walk leaves the Convention Center at 10:00 am and ends at Louie's Backyard with live music, raffle prizes and more! Online pledge forms are now available. (Please register inside the convention center Sunday morning prior to the walk.) We encourage you to bring your families, groups, banners, etc...!!!
