On Thursday,
September 10, our volunteers got together again at Louie’s
Backyard to meet their committee coordinators, hear a plea for
additional volunteers, and get answers to their questions!!!
Once again, the meeting was a success but we have ONE MORE
THING to do before October 5 – we need to conduct a
WALKTHROUGH so that everyone knows what to do.
SO…
We need ALL
volunteers at Louie’s Locals’ Bar on Thursday, September 27th
at 6:00 pm. I know I know…ANOTHER meeting??!! Yeah, but it
should be fun because we are going to walkthrough all committee
functions (e.g., how to register people for the
dinner/tournament/auctions, how to do the live/silent auctions,
water distribution, merchandise sales/transport, problem
resolution, etc.).
I hope to see
you on the September 27th at Louie’s. If you
cannot attend, I’m sorry we missed you but your committee
coordinator will be contacting you and relaying your role and
responsibilities!!
I cannot thank
you enough for your time and support. All of you are the
best!!!
